El grupo lidereado por James Murphy ya tiene fecha para el lanzamiento de el tercer disco de LCD Soundsystem, a casi tres años del Sound of Silver, la fecha prevista es el 17 de Mayo en el Reino Unido, y un día después, ósea el 18 de Mayo en los Estados Unidos.

Esta placa tendrá nueve canciones con un total de 65 minutos, y al parecer la disquera actualmente está decidiendo entre ‘Drunk Girls‘ y ‘Change‘ para el primer sencillo de este tercer trabajo.

El nombre del siguiente disco será ‘Congratulations’ y su salida está pactada para el 13 de abril del presente año, el disco contará con 9 tracks y de los cuales ya se tienen los nombres:

Solo nos queda a esperar a que llegue el mes de abril, para escuchar estas canciones que se dicen, están inspiradas, en el surf, la fama o la crisis económica, y que en algunos temas, parecen tener una dedicatoria más personal.

El año incia y este apunta para estar repleto de buena música, ya que apenas con 4 días que llevamos, la lista de discos confirmados a estrenarse este año es inmensa. Por un lado tenemos los regresos de las más consagradas de la década pasada como Interpol o Arcade Fire, hasta las nuevas de los prometedores como LCD Soundsystem o nuestros Hot Rats.
